Before forming BWE Industries, Eric spent the majority of his career as North America CEO of Amcor Packaging (now split into Amcor and Orora). At the time of Eric’s retirement from Amcor, the global businesses generated roughly $2 Billion in annual revenue. In the CEO role he was charged with managing the largest market for this global, publicly traded manufacturing and distribution business.
As managing director of BWE, Eric oversees the strategic direction and financial health of the businesses.

Before forming BWE Industries with Eric, Matt ran the day to day operations of Thermal Research and Development manufacturing business from 2012-2018. Thermal R&D manufactures aftermarket automotive performance products as well as defense and transportation parts. In the role of President of BWE, Matt’s responsibilities include overseeing the performance and initiatives of all businesses and properties.
